Letizia B Jewelry offers on the “Site” (letiziabjewelry.com) the sale of jewelry (the “Products”) exclusively manufactured by Letizia B Jewelry to Internet users browsing the Site (the “Customers”).
The General Conditions of Sale are made available to Customers on the letiziabjewelry.com Site where they can be directly consulted, they are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, only the Commercial Court of Bordeaux is competent.
Our general conditions of sale may be subject to change without notice, the applicable conditions are those in force on the site on the date of validation of the Customer's order.
The Customer must have read the general conditions of sale and accept them by ticking the box "I accept the General Conditions of Sale" before validating the online order.
The Customer of the site must be a consumer, an adult natural person. Any minor wishing to use the Letizia B Jewelry Site must have had the prior consent of an adult for whom he is responsible. For any first order on the Site, the Customer must open a customer account and complete an order form containing several mandatory fields. Letizia B Jewelry reserves the right to refuse an order whose need is not personal.
The products offered for sale by Letizia B Jewelry are those appearing on the letiziabjewelry.com Site on the day the Customer consults the site. They are available for sale within the limits of available stocks. The products are new, Letizia B Jewelry does not sell second-hand products. Their description is inside each product page, it is made with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions were to occur, the responsibility of Letizia B Jewelry could not be engaged. The photographs and texts illustrating the products have an indicative value, they have no contractual value.
The prices are indicated in Euros and include VAT. They do not take into account delivery costs (indicated during the validation of your order), and customs taxes*. They include order processing costs and packaging costs.
Letizia B Jewelry reserves the right to modify its prices without notice at any time. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the registration of the order. No amount paid can be considered as a deposit or down payment.
*In the case of a shipment outside the European Union, taxes may be invoiced upon receipt of the package. These taxes, which depend on the country of receipt, remain the responsibility of the Customer. Letizia B Jewelry cannot inform him of the exact amount.

Order
The Customer selects his products and places them in his basket. By clicking on it, he must check if his order is correct. (Good item, correct quantity). During each order the Customer is invited to register in his account or to create an account by indicating several mandatory information. Before final validation of the order, he may check the total amount including the delivery costs, the accuracy of the jewelry references, the delivery address, the billing address, the method of payment. He must accept the General Conditions of Sale by ticking a box to this effect. Any order implies express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
The sale will be considered final after Letizia B Jewelry has sent the buyer confirmation of acceptance of the order by e-mail and after receipt by Letizia B Jewelry of the full price.
Payment is made online through a secure payment system, Stripe. It is not necessary to have a Stripe account to use this payment platform. It is also possible to make bank transfers, in this case the Customer must inform Letizia B Jewelry before validation of the basket to: letiziabjewelry.contact@gmail.com who will send him his bank details. All transfer costs will be borne by the Customer. Payments by check or money order are not accepted.
Letizia B jewelry reserves the right to suspend any order management and any delivery in the event of non-payment as well as to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a Customer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with which a payment dispute is in progress.
Letizia B Jewelry retains full ownership of the products sold until full receipt of all sums owed by the Customer in connection with his order, including costs and taxes.

Upon full payment of an order, the package is shipped within 2 working days. Delivery times for parcels vary from 1 to 12 working days depending on the destination and the choice of carrier.

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, the accuracy of which must be ensured. Any package returned to the seller because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
In the event of damaged packaging or item or any other damage during delivery, the Customer must note this on the delivery slip in the form of a handwritten reservation accompanied by his signature.
If a product could not be delivered, despite all our efforts, we would inform you by e-mail as soon as possible and your order would be cancelled, without this giving rise to any compensation other than reimbursement of the order.
Return and withdrawal
The Customer has a right of withdrawal of (14) fourteen calendar days from the date of delivery on the products ordered. By notifying us in advance by email, he can return any item unsuitable and ask for its reimbursement except for the delivery costs. This will be done on the card used for payment during the initial purchase.
Return costs, return insurance, are the responsibility of the customer.
In case of loss of a package by the carrier, no refund can be made.
Also, will not be reimbursed, products worn, marked by any wear (they must be in perfect condition). They must be returned in their original undamaged packaging with no missing parts, accompanied by the invoice and the customer's contact details.

Force Majeure
The responsibility of one or other of the parties cannot be engaged in the event of non-performance or poor performance of the contract due either to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract, or to the fact of a case of force majeure, such as social conflicts, intervention of civil or military authorities, natural disasters, fires, water damage, interruption of the telecommunications network or the electricity network.
