Advice and operation

Each jewel is carefully packed in its pouch and its box and then shipped as quickly as possible within 24 to 48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays. Take care to mention your address, re-read the information given before validating your basket. Shipping rates vary according to weight and destination and are indicated at the end of the order, before payment. Upon shipment of your order, an email is sent to you, you can then follow the delivery of your package. Standard delivery is COLISSIMO. Express DHL delivery for all destinations is on request and quote.

Shipping prices vary according to the following combination: chosen carrier / speed of delivery / total amount of your invoice. They are clearly indicated on your basket before proceeding to payment.

Delays, losses and customs

Letizia B Jewelry is not responsible for delays and loss of packages during their delivery. For any complaint, you will have to contact the carrier with your tracking number. Letizia B Jewelry does not support and is not responsible for import taxes, import duties and VAT applied to your order upon arrival in your country.
